A New Era of Wellness

Bianca

What makes me different?

  • 10+ years corporate experience
  • Certified Breathwork Facilitator
  • Evidence-based nervous system training
  • Lived experience using breathwork in a corporate role

I spent over ten years in a dysregulated body at work. Breathwork changed that.

Stress was the background noise for most of my corporate career in Infrastructure Advisory — hair loss, anxiety, acne, chest pain. I managed through it, but I certainly wasn't thriving, and I didn't know there was another way.

During a trip to South America in 2025, I was introduced to breathwork. Initially, I thought it was woo woo, but later learned that specific breathing patterns can physically turn off your thinking brain — the part that overthinks and second-guesses — shifting you into focus, flow, and calm. It's truly a science backed tool to override your stress response deliberately, in minutes.

When I felt overwhelmed or under pressure, I'd take five minutes in a quiet space to bring myself back to calm. When I needed to perform — a big presentation or a hard conversation — I used the same tools to do the opposite: I'd walk into the room feeling focussed, energised and ready.

The impact of these tools on my life led me to become a certified breathwork facilitator, now working with athletes and corporate workplaces. 1Breath was born out of the need to bring this tool to the workplace, and to impact other people's lives the way it impacted mine.

High-performing teams have one thing in common.
A regulated nervous system.

We use science-backed breathwork programs and keynote experiences to enable teams with the readiness to perform consistently — under pressure and over time.

Your people have the talent and the drive. But without a regulated nervous system, high performance has a ceiling — and a cost. Burnout, high churn rates, and disengagement are the symptoms of a workforce that gets rocked easily when pressure stays high.

Bianca Leigh brings over a decade of corporate experience and certified breathwork facilitation into boardrooms, offsites, and leadership events across Australia — translating nervous system science into tools people actually use.

Both regulate the nervous system, just through different mechanisms. Meditation is observational — you watch the breath and thoughts without changing them, which builds present-moment awareness and, over time, reshapes brain regions tied to memory, learning, and emotion regulation.

Breathwork is active. Since breathing is the only autonomic function we can consciously control, deliberately changing its pattern gives a direct lever on the nervous system via vagus nerve pathways. A Stanford trial found that while both practices improved mood and lowered anxiety, breathwork produced a bigger lift in mood and a bigger drop in respiratory rate than meditation did.

In short: breathwork shifts your state fast — useful mid-meeting or before a hard conversation. Meditation builds your baseline over time. Most resilient nervous systems use both.
I care deeply about people leaving with something that actually changes their life — not just a nice experience that fades by Monday morning. Every session / keynote is prepared and tailored specifically to you or your organisation, and for 1:1 clients I follow up with a written summary and practical tools after each one so nothing gets lost.

You can also expect consistency and real availability — I'm organised, I show up prepared, and I'm accessible for check-ins between sessions. Nothing is cookie cutter here.

I also want to be honest about why I do this work: 1Breath isn't a side project — it's my life's work. That means when I'm in the room with you, I'm genuinely happy to be there. And my experience so far tells me that people feel that.
After doing breathwork most people describe it as feeling regulated and emotionally settled in a way they haven't experienced in a very long time — sometimes ever.

One client mentioned they felt like boulders had been removed from their body, and another said they experienced a state of flow on competition day that they hadn't experienced in up to ten years.

Before I found breathwork, I didn't know what it actually felt like to be fully regulated. Now I get to access that state whenever I need it — before a big meeting, after a hard day, or just as a daily reset.

That's the results I bring to my clients. For 1:1 coaching clients specifically, you can expect to leave the program with a breathwork practice that's truly yours — something you can reach for in any situation, whether that's a high-stakes presentation, a difficult conversation, or a moment of overwhelm. The results don't stop when our sessions do.
If your organisation is dealing with stress, burnout, high cognitive load, or people who are showing up but not truly performing at capacity — then yes, breathwork is relevant.

Breathwork isn't a wellness perk. It's a practical tool for workforce performance. When people learn to regulate their nervous system, the results show up where it matters: sharper decision-making, more productive meetings, better focus under pressure, and people who actually want to stay. The research is consistent — chronic stress is one of the most significant and least addressed drains on organisational output.

What 1Breath brings to a corporate setting is a session that is evidence-backed, immediately felt, and genuinely different from the standard wellbeing workshop. People don't just hear about the tools — they experience them in the room.
Zero. You need absolutely no prior experience with breathwork for any of my sessions, programs, or events. Whether it's a keynote, a 1:1 coaching program, or a retreat — everything is designed to meet participants where they're at and be accessible from the very first breath. If you can breathe, you can do breathwork.
